The results will be published in a digital platform of restricted access to the candidates, who will receive the credentials and access link by email, on a date close to the publication of the results, being presented with one of the following designations:
- "Admitted" - if the candidate is admitted without any conditions
- "Conditionally admitted" - the admission is conditional on the completion of the degree and presentation of the respective supporting documents by the stipulated date
- "Referred to the Next Phase" - will be evaluated at the next phase on an equal basis with new candidates appearing at that phase
- "Not Admitted"
Only Admitted candidates will be able to proceed to enrollment.
- Identification document and vaccination record booklet with up-to-date tetanus immunization
- Copy of the Vaccination card with the date of the last Tetanus immunization
- Information requested by the Portuguese Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education (RAIDES survey [23])
- Registration form and other specific documents to be indicated at the time of admission
- Proof of payment of the registration fee and first monthly tuition (see the "Fees and Tuitions” tab)
- 1 Passport photo
Merit scholarships are awarded to the best candidates to ESB Master's Degrees, each year, according to the following:
- Only students who apply in the 1st or 2nd application calls and who enrol on the due dates are eligible;
- These scholarships are only available to Portuguese students, nationals of an EU country or of a CPLP country;
- Tuition fee exemption in the 1st year for students with an undergraduate degree equal to or higher than 18 (on a scale of 0 to 20);
- 75% reduction of fees in the 1st year for students with an undergraduate degree equal to or higher than 17 (on a scale of 0 to 20);
- 50% reduction of the 1st year tuition fees for students with an undergraduate degree equal to or higher than 16 (on a scale of 0 to 20);
- These scholarships can only be used in conjunction with other merit awards given by UCP and with social benefits, up to the limit of 100% of the annual tuition fee; they cannot be used in conjunction with any other type of benefit.
Merit scholarships will be automatically awarded according to the defined criteria.

Tuition, fees and other charges are set annually, published in a specific document, and therefore the amount for subsequent academic years may change.

Admission and enrollment fees are not refundable under any circumstances, even if the student cancels the enrollment before starting the course or fails to meet the conditions for admission in the case of conditional admission.
